zita7 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the zita7 platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players. If you are accessing zita7 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. zita7 may update these Terms without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any change, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

To register and use the zita7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. zita7 does not permit any player below the age of 21 to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, agency accounts, or accounts registered by automated means are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of zita7 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must register only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

zita7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or if suspicious activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passcodes issued to your device. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. zita7 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zita7 support immediately at [email protected].

zita7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where zita7 reasonably suspects that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

zita7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit via mobile financial service: ৳100.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳500.
• All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zita7 does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. zita7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operational hours of the relevant payment provider.

All bonuses, free spin awards, reload credits, and promotional offers issued by zita7 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms, which are accessible from the Promotions section of the platform after logging in. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and the individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent rollover requirements — is a breach of these Terms. zita7 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse. The daily bonus at zita7 resets each night at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and is available to active accounts that meet the daily eligibility criteria set out in the promotion terms.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the zita7 platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the zita7 platform, or allowing any third party to operate an account registered in your name.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with games or betting markets on the platform. zita7 cooperates with game providers and sports data providers to detect irregular betting patterns.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be removed from the account. zita7 will attempt to notify affected players and, where possible, restore the account to the state it would have been in absent the error.

All games available on the zita7 platform, including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and sports betting markets, are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sports data provider. The rules for each game are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before playing. zita7 does not modify game rules or outcomes — all games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino games, real-time dealer-dealt cards and wheels.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by the game provider or zita7's internal transaction logs shall be the definitive reference. zita7 is not responsible for outcomes that arise from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, network interruptions on the player's side, or device-related technical issues that are outside zita7's control. If a live casino game is interrupted due to a technical issue on zita7's side, the platform will apply the relevant game provider's disconnection policy to determine the outcome for that round.

All content on the zita7 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is either owned by zita7 or licensed to zita7 by its content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any zita7 intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any zita7 content without express prior written consent from zita7.
• You must not use any zita7 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion or imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by zita7.
• All game content displayed on zita7 — including slot graphics, live casino streams, and crash game animations — remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms.
• Unauthorised scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the zita7 platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute a breach of applicable law in addition to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zita7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether zita7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. zita7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zita7 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond zita7's control (including internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider downtime) may temporarily affect platform availability. zita7 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance.

zita7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. zita7 uses SSL encryption on all data transfers between your device and the zita7 servers. Your account password is stored in hashed form and is never transmitted in plain text.

zita7 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. zita7 may share your data with payment processing partners (including bKash, Nagad, and banking partners) to the extent necessary to process your transactions, and with game providers to the extent necessary to deliver game services. In all cases, data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements. zita7 may also disclose data where required by applicable law or by a court or regulatory order.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the zita7 platform that cannot be resolved informally through zita7 customer support should be submitted in writing to zita7 at [email protected]. zita7 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written complaint.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation. zita7 does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

zita7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published at zita7.app/terms-conditions with the revised effective date. Where changes are material, zita7 may notify registered players via the contact method on file (typically email or platform notification). Your continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
